Location near Plitvicer lakes, and the waterfalls, which is very close to the beautiful house. Also, helpful in recommending places to eat around the area. Spacious room with large bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. Plenty of gorgeous and marvellous breakfast options.

The breakfast variety is superb and scrumptious with pastries, very good service. The staff are very friendly and affable, we loved them. The ambiance is quiet. It has magnificent, nice setting, just off restaurants in the area.

Ate at a great restaurant for dinner 🍽️. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. the location couldn't have been better and there was free on-site parking.

Zrinka House in Grabovac is a wonderful and incredibly beautiful hotel with garden views. We had a warm experience and the place had a quiet atmosphere. the breakfast food, including cakes and eggs, was delicious.

I had a warm and comfortable one-night stay at the newly built Zrinka House. The location is marvelous, situated in a residential neighborhood close to the National Park and within easy reach of Plitvice Lakes. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a scenic view of the village. The bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. Additionally, there's a nearby restaurant for convenience.

We were delighted with the spacious and comfortable double room, complete with a balcony.
